How do I return a product?

You can return your product for free within 14 days after receiving the product.

Depending on the product and the reason why you want to return the product, we will organize a collection moment or send you a returns label. In the latter case, you must deliver the product to a parcel point.

There are two ways to return a product:

1. We will take care of the return shipment. This service is free as long as you share the reason for the return with us and you return it within 14 days. read more
2. You can use your right of withdrawal. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return the product within 14 days, but you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself. read more
